ROVENPACK operates three self-owned production bases strategically located across the Shanghai metropolitan area. Together, these facilities span over 12,000 ㎡ of production space and are supported by an 8,000 ㎡ central warehousing hub that enables rapid dispatch to domestic and international clients alike.

Stretch Film Production Line

Fully automated cast & blown film extrusion lines produce hand-grade and machine-grade stretch film with consistent gauge control, high elongation, and superior puncture resistance.

Cast & Blown Film

Air Bag Manufacturing Line

Dedicated production cells for kraft paper and PE air bags. Each unit passes multi-stage sealing, valve insertion, and inflation testing. Patented one-way valve ensures zero leakage up to 10+ tons.

Kraft & PE Air Bags

Tool Assembly & QC

Stretch film wrappers, strapping tools, inflators, and sealing equipment are assembled and calibrated in a dedicated workshop. Each tool undergoes functional testing before leaving the factory.

Assembly & Calibration

Quality Control

Every batch is tested before it leaves our facility — because your cargo deserves nothing less.

Burst Testing

Air bags and cushioning products are pressurised to destruction to verify burst pressure ratings. Every production batch is sampled and tested.

Tensile Testing

Stretch film and strapping are measured for tensile strength, elongation at break, and recovery using calibrated digital testers.

Compression Testing

Full pallet loads and void-fill configurations are tested under controlled compression loads to simulate stacking in containers.

Air-Tightness Testing

Container air bags are pressure-decay tested to ensure zero leakage over extended holding periods. Valve integrity verified per lot.

Warehouse & Logistics

8,000 ㎡ of smart storage, ready for rapid worldwide dispatch.

Our 8,000 ㎡ central warehouse in Shanghai serves as the logistics nerve centre for all ROVENPACK operations. Finished goods from all three production bases are consolidated, inventoried, and prepared for export under one roof.

The warehouse is organised into dedicated zones for stretch film, air bags, strapping, machinery, and accessories — enabling efficient picking, packing, and container loading.
